2. Remove the temperature probe from the unit. Gently remove the completely cooled grill/griddle and clean the surface and
outer surface using a soft cloth or sponge and warm soapy water. NEVER IMMERSE THE GRILL/GRIDDLE OR
TEMPERATURE PROBE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
3. Allow the base to cool completely before cleaning. Once cooled, clean the base with a soft cloth or sponge and warm
soapy water. The base may be immersed in water. Do not place the base in the dishwasher.
4. Remove stubborn stains or cooked on food with a plastic scouring pad and mild dish washing liquid.

• Allow the Grill/Griddle to cool completely before storing.
• Store the Grill/Griddle in a dry location in the original box if possible.
• Do not place any heavy items on top of Grill/Griddle during storage as this may result in possible damage.
• Store the cord in a clean, dry location away from metal objects. Always check the plug before use to assure metal items
have not become attached.
